PRICING
RATE
The spring black bear hunt rate is $4200 USD.
This rate includes and is limited to:

license
-
allocation fee
-
accommodation
-
meals
-
taxes
-
guide
-
transportation to and from accommodation/bait sites
-
trophy care which includes skinning and freezing of hide/meat quarters
Other potential expenses may include:
-
firearm import fee (approx $30)
-
flights/driving/hotel (round-trip) expenses to Hawthorn Outfitting
-
transport costs for getting your hide/meat home
-
taxidermy
-
$500 US cash should you need to utilize our wound policy (as seen under The Hunt page)

gratuities (5-10%)
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $1500 USD is required to book your hunt. A personal cheque for this will suffice.
Should you find the need to cancel your hunt, your deposit cannot be transferred to another year. We will however, allow you to transfer it to another hunter in the same year as your booked hunt, should you be able to find someone to take your place.
The balance of the hunt's rate is due upon arrival. Certified cheque or cash is required for the remaining balance.
